EDGE Industrial Technologies
Effective Date: July 6, 2026
Last Modified: July 6, 2026

EDGE Industrial Technologies (“EDGE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our websites (collectively, the “Sites”), and explains your choices regarding that information.

This policy applies to edgeindtech.com and the websites of the EDGE family of brands: Pearl Technologies, Carbonomics, Leverwood, and TGW International.

  1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you request a quote, contact us, create an account, place an order, subscribe to communications, or apply for employment, you may provide information such as your name, company name, job title, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information.

Information collected automatically. We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and other tracking technologies to automatically collect information about your browsing activity, device, and preferences when you visit the Sites. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits.

  1. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to automatically collect information about your browsing activity, device, and preferences. We use this data to analyze site traffic, personalize your experience, and improve our Sites and services. We do not use these technologies to deliver targeted advertising.

The technologies we use include:

  • Essential cookies — required for the Sites to function properly, such as maintaining your session and remembering items in a quote request or cart. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors interact with the Sites so we can improve site functionality and content (see Section 3).
  • Web beacons and pixels — small graphic files embedded in web pages or emails that allow us to measure engagement, such as whether an email has been opened or a page visited.
  1. Analytics and Behavioral Metrics

We partner with third parties, such as Google Analytics and HubSpot, to capture how you interact with our websites using behavioral metrics such as pages visited, links clicked, and form activity. This helps us improve our products and site functionality. The information collected is governed by the third-party privacy policies:

  1. Advertising and Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not use third-party advertising networks to deliver interest-based or retargeted advertisements, and we do not share your browsing behavior with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., website hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment, email delivery, analytics, and CRM and marketing automation, including HubSpot), under agreements that restrict their use of your information;
  • Our affiliated brands and entities, including our U.S., U.K., and India operations, for the purposes described in this policy;
  • Legal and safety purposes, when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others;
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

If our advertising practices change in the future, we will update this policy and provide any opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law before engaging in such activities.

  1. Your Choices: Opt-Out and Consent

You can manage or withdraw your consent for non-essential tracking technologies at any time using the following methods:

  • Browser controls. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Instructions are available in your browser’s help documentation. Note that blocking essential cookies may affect Site functionality.
  • Google Analytics opt-out. You may opt out of Google Analytics measurement across all websites by installing the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor GPC signals sent by your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where required by applicable law.
  • Email communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in each message. We may still send transactional messages related to your orders or inquiries.
  • Direct requests. You may contact us using the information in Section 11 to ask questions about our tracking practices or exercise the rights described in Section 8.
  1. How We Protect Your Information

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Payment information is transmitted using encryption (SSL/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  1. International Transfers

EDGE operates facilities and offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, and India. Information collected through the Sites may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

  1. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable law — including U.S. state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended) and, for visitors in the U.K. or European Economic Area, the U.K. GDPR or GDPR — to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or of targeted advertising;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

  1. Children’s Privacy

The Sites are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

  1. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Modified” date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, except where affirmative consent is required.
