All of Leverwood’s blades are produced with an intense quality control process to ensure customers receive a precise fitting blade every time. With the new laser cutting machine, the results will be even more cutting edge.
This brand new, state-of-the-art piece of equipment is a 5-foot by 10-foot CNC laser cutting machine that has a pallet changer, which will allow it to load and unload material automatically. The machine will make even more precise cuts than other equipment in the past, making even more accurate blades. In addition, the laser cutter is significantly faster than previous processes and will afford more capacity, resulting in faster delivery times for customers.
